Legal Fees

At Monkhouse Law, we understand the financial hardships you may be experiencing, which are often caused or worsened by having your disability claim denied or terminated.  However, we believe that you have a right to have your case moved forward without having to pay anything meaningful upfront.  Thus, we operate on a contingency basis, meaning the costs are advanced for you (including the cost to have you examined by medical experts) and we wait until your case is resolved to get paid.  If we lose, we do not get paid legal fees.  If we are able to settle your case, or if we go to trial and win, we charge a percentage of the amount of money we obtain for you.
